She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Shamblin and Mary Jane Shamblin; her former husband Clarence W. Hamrick, Jr.; her husband Harold Darnell Hammack; her daughter Elizabeth Jane Rhodes; and her brothers, John L. Shamblin and Robert Price.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hall (Bill) and Dennis Hamrick (Shalice); her son-in-law Michael J. Rhodes; her stepchildren, Jennifer Lynn Portz, Darnell Hammack, John Hammack, Timothy Hammack and Kim Ward; and her grandchildren, Patricia Rhodes, Keri Hall, Jennifer Rhodes, Michael J. Rhodes, Jr. and Ashley Portz. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
