Shivley; her children, Joe Bailey (Savanna), Erika Bailey, Demitri Brown and Tanisha Brown; her stepson Malik Brown; her granddaughters, Aminah Moore and Amayah Brown; and her siblings, Elaine Woodrum (Kenny), Jamey Romeo (Joe), Tammy McDerment (Frank), Terry Bailey (Wanda) and Deon Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
