He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Nicholas and Lora Hammons Nicholas; his wife Willia Dean Addington Nicholas; his daughter Tamara Miller; and his siblings, William S., Lloyd Lee Nicholas, Gladys "Maxine" Faulkner and Susan Mace.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian, Chris and Kevin Nicholas; and his grandchildren, Brandon Nicholas, Hannah Miller and Alyssa Miller. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
