He was predeceased by: his siblings, Steve, Lonnie, Connie and Debbie; his daughter Melody; his great grandchild Dallas; his aunt Birdie; and his uncle Voyd.
He is survived by: his wife LInda; his son David (Julie); and his siblings, Curtis, Paul, Judy, Cheryl (Dickie), Becky (Ozzie), Pam (Terry) and Gina (Steve). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
