He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Wickline; his parents, Paul Wickline and Eva Louise Wickline; and his siblings, Paula Short and Dayton Wickline (Donna).

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Derrick Wickline; his daughter Becky Maddy (Joel); and his grandchildren, Christian Wickline (Jessica), Celia Maddy, Cyle Wickline (Devin), Colton Wickline, Celeste Maddy and Joshua Maddy.
