He is survived by: his children, Sharon Landers, Norman Burgess, Rickie Burgess, Vickie Harper and Brenda Dunlap; and his grandchildren, Nathan Burgess, G. W. Landers, Joshua Landers, Serina Posocco, Chris Holestine, Kenny Harper, Candace Moles, Samantha White and Erin Burgess. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
