He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Mullenax and Thelma Mullenax; his wife Shirley Mullenax; his siblings, Joseph Owen Mullenax, Albert William Mullenax and Mary Ann Nugent; and his stepgrandson Eric Potesta.
He is survived by: his sisters, Louise Mondy, Catherine Boggs and Frances Gessel; his stepchildren, Kimberly Pauley and Timothy Potesta; and his stepgrandson Michael Potesta.
