She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Young; and her son James "Butch" McVey. She is survived by: her children, Parma Johnson (Odell) of Jacksonville, FL, Daniel McVey (Charlotte) of Culloden, Della Groscup (Dale) of South Charleston and Susie Skaggs (Randy) of Rupert; her sister Wanda Tinsley of St. Albans; and her close friend Nancy Scarberry of South Charleston. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
