He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Maynor and Bertha Barber Maynor; his sisters, Geneva Hatfield, Viola Maynor and Vernie Elswick; his half-sister Bernice Barber; his brothers, Harold and Kenneth Maynor; and his half-brother Chilton Maynor.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Helen Johnson Maynor; his daughters, Angela Paynter of Davin and Tammy Booth (Jamie Booth) of Mineral City; his granddaughters, Abby Booth of Mineral City and Tyra Booth of Mineral City; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy Baldwin, Martha Cook, Dane Maynor, David Maynor, Steve Maynor, Jim Maynor and Don Elswick.
