He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Copley and Chattie Moore Copley; his children, Della Copley Ekwall and Jonathan Copley; and his siblings, Irene Sugg, Loraine Tackett, Beulah Doty, Tennis Copley, Ralph Copley, Lawrence "Tom" Copley, Blaine "June" Copley, Jr., Andrew Copley and Howard Copley.
He is survived by: his wife Lyla McKee Copley; his grandchildren, Justin R. Ekwall and Ashley Ragnas; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Ekwall, Jonathan D. Ekwall, Corie Ekwall, Piper Regnas and Everett Regnas.
