He was predeceased by: his wife Lizzie Berry; his parents, Oley Berry and Polly Berry; his daughter Annabell Meadows; and his children-in-law, Rodney Meadows, Robert Bias and Sonja Berry.
He is survived by: his children, Hazel McKinney (Wayne) of Danville, WV, Connie Bias of Danville, WV, Danny Berry (Belinda) of Danville, WV and David Berry of Danville, WV. He is also survived by six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and a great, great grandchild.
