She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovie C. and Mary V. Mitchell; her husband Charles L. "Andy" Spratt; and her sister Joyce Tapley. She is survived by: her sister Ginger Mitchell of Gordon; her children, Lue Anne Horton of Danville, Andrea "Mickie" Fink (Pat) of Laurel, Maryland and Charles of Pasadena, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Lauren Roeder (Mark) of Lexington, Virginia, Christopher Fink (Chris) of Laurel, Jillian Horton of Danville, Kayde Sharp of Lewisburg and CJ Spratt of Eastman, Georgia. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
