She is survived by: her husband Donald Yates of Madison; her children, Melissa (Kelly Hager), Terry (Linda Arthur), Crystal (Freddie Ball) and Jamie (Scott Hensley); her grandchildren, Darious, Angelica Burns of Lincoln County, Brandon, Stephanie Burns of Lake, Matt, Shelly Arthur of Danville, Trista Arthur of Danville, Mandi Ball, Jacob Freeman of Proctorville, Nick, Kate Hager of Chapmanville, Christian Stevenson of Hewett, Katy Green of Uneeda and Zach Green of South Charleston; her children, Eli Dominc, Alison Grayson Burns, Axyl Hager, Raelynn Freeman Mason Arthur (Punkin Head), Parker, Kinseilgh Stevenson, Daniel, Kylea Hensley, Greyson Gagnon, Colton, Baylee Mullins and Caleb Green; and her siblings, Ronnie, Phyllis Berry of Mud River, Randy and Renee Berry of Morrisvale.
