He was predeceased by: his mother Mayoma Weaver (Jarrell). He is survived by: his father Ralph W. Weaver; his sisters, Patty Culp, Janet Weaver and Sally Price; his wife Priscilla Holstein Weaver; his daughters, Melanie Harvey (Gordon) and Melinda Marcum (Thomas); his grandchildren, Jonathan Harvey (Laina), Anna Hammond (Colton), Caleb Harvey (Laura), Chase Starkey (Sierra) and Gabriel Marcum; his great grandchildren, Bethany, Hope, Isabella, Liam, Colt, Blake, Emma, Silas, Ben and Hallie Jo; and his brother Terry Weaver (Alta).
