He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stacy (Jim) and Hazel Stacy; and his sister Lorene Dingess. He is survived by: his wife Marie Stacy; his sons, James Stacy (Amber Melling) and Richard Jr. Stacy (Natasha); and his siblings, Robert Stacy (Betty), Jimmy Stacy (Tes), Alvis Stacy (Robin), Paul Stacy (Connie), Herman Stacy (Mary), Jerry Stacy (Kim), Virgil Stacy (Allison) and Christine Maynard (Smokey). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
