He is survived by: his wife Hazel Pugh Hickok; his children, Delilah Armstrong of South Carolina, Matthew Hickok (Amanda) of South Carolina and Melissa Harrah (Tina) of Beckley; and his brother Jim Hickok (Norma) of Mabscott. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
