It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Delano Foley of Cool Ridge, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Sam G. Foley and Eva Marie Boyd Foley; and his wife Patti Foley. He is survived by: his children, Angela Foley Petty (Bob) of Maryville, TN, Tabatha Malott (Brian) of Cool Ridge, Kassandra Sturgill of Flat Top and John "L. J." Cox (Kim) of Morgantown; his siblings, Lowell Foley of Daniels, Benjamin Foley of Canton, MI and Mary Ann Norris of Carthage, NC; and his grandchildren, Steven Bryant, Elizabeth Petty, Matthew, Logan, Peyton Malott, Annabelle, Marcus Sturgill, K. J. and Kolsen Cox.
