He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Barker and Anna Whitlatch Barker; his wife Velma Barker; and his brothers, Charles and Edward Barker.
He is survived by: his daughter Trudy Barker of Wellsville; and his great grandchildren, Dacianelle, Lanease Andrews, Zayvier Wynn and Mazie Andrews. He is also survived by his two nieces, two nephews and many friends.
