He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Sfakis Buie; his stepfather George Buie; his sister Anastasia Sfakis of Pittsburgh; his wife Aundrea Backus Sfakis; his sons, Lane M. Sfakis of Lisbon, Stephen M. Sfakis of Moon, Jonah of East Liverpool and Joel Sfakis of East Liverpool; and his stepchildren, Kayla, Travis McCreary and Preston Flowers. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
