He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Wolf and Grace Apple Wolf; and his brothers, Charles, Donald, Ronald and Davey Wolf.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Wolf of East Liverpool, Patricia Sylvester (Scott) of North Royalton, OH. and Melissa Hackett (David) of East Liverpool; and his brother Larry Wolf of East Liverpool. He is also survived by two granddaughters, a grandson and a great-granddaughter.
