He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Porter Sr. and Sandra Crawford Plumley Porter; and his siblings, Randy Plumley and Crystal Plumley Muscari. He is survived by: his brother Richard A. Plumley of East Liverpool; his nephew Mike Plumley of Galloway, OH; and his cousin Connie Barker of East Liverpool. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
