He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix M. Orr and Noami Handley Hussler; and his granddaughter Desiree Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Blondenia Smith Orr; his children, Bonnie Foden (Terry) of East Liverpool, Julie Orr of Ravenna, OH., Robert "Bill" Orr (Susan) of New Manchester, Dale Orr (Tanja) of Phoenix, James Orr of Chester, Benjamin Orr (Jaque) of Phoenix, Keith Orr of Chester, Raymond Orr (Susan) of McAlester, OK. and Mark Orr (Lindsay) of New Manchester; and his sisters, Marcia Whitcomb of Seattle, WA. and Elaine Burleson of Las Vegas. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
