We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2023, at the age of 82, Paul A. Lucas (Chester, West Virginia), born in Midland, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lucas and Josephine Scelp Lucas; his wife Barbara; and his brother David Lucas. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Wolbert (Grafton) of East Liverpool, Christine Byers (David) of East Liverpool, Moni Patterson (Marty) of Summerset, SD and Daniel P. Lucas (Mary Anna) of East Liverpool; and his sister Barbara McGraw of East Liverpool. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
