She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tice and Lavada Metz Tice; her husband William F. Porter; her daughter Carol L. Parsons; and her brother Dale Wayne Tice.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Joseph Parsons of East Liverpool; her granddaughters, Michelle Lane (Barry) of Wellsville and Melissa Cannon (Mike) of East Liverpool; her great grandchildren, Lexi Ammon, Lindsay Ammon, Olivia Mitchell and Karlee Cannon; her great great grandchild Brantley Gotschall; and her close friend Mary Robinson.
