Clutter Sr. (Cindy) of East Liverpool and Christina Clutter of East Liverpool; her sisters, Carol Bishop of Hookstown and Donna Farnsworth of Calcutta; her grandchildren, Ethan Clutter and Alesia Reed; and her great grandchildren, Analeigh and Tatum Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
