She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Albert Armstrong, Frances Ridgdill, Kenneth R. Brooks Sr. and Imogene Carnes. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Armstrong of East Liverpool and Marilyn Brooks Morris of Wellsville; her husband Michael Talbert; her children, Keira Cooper and Andrew Quimby; her siblings, Jannaea Egger (Jon) and Michael Armstrong; her father-in-law Don (Deborah Talbert); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond (Lisa Talbert) and Melissa (Dustin Dixon). She is also survived by 5 nieces, 5 nephews, 5 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
