He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Russell and Betty Touvelle Russell; and his brother John Russell. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Koleigh and Korbin Foden; his wife Patricia Russell; his children, Kelly Carter (Matt) of Mississippi, Michael Kidwell of Newark, OH., Todd Eastham (Renae) of Wellsville and Nichole Foden (Joey) of Wellsville; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Russell of Lisbon and Crystal Plumpton (Jim) of East Liverpool. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
