He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry N. McBane and Goldie Fulmer McBane; his siblings, James McBane and Bertha Gaines; and his adoptive parents, George Farnsworth and Freda Farnsworth.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura McBane of East Liverpool; the mother of his child Lutecia McBane; and his brothers, Robert McBane (Patricia) of Wellsville, Paul McBane (Vickie Schoolcraft) of Racine, OH. and Allen McBane of Lisbon. He is also survived by adopted family, and 9 nieces and nephews.
