She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Barrett and Mary A. Birtcher Barrett; her husband Ralph V. Shaw; and her siblings, Betty Pelley, Naomi Dye, Mary Alice Lewis, Alma Rose Fields, Robert W. and John Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Shaw (Sandy) of East Liverpool, Mike Shaw (Cheri) of East Liverpool, Paul Shaw (Jodi) of East Liverpool and Debbie Duncan (Frank) of East Liverpool; and her sister Ada Perkins of Columbiana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
