He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Durbin and Annalee Stover Swogger; his sister Donna Faulk; and his stepbrother Norman Durbin. He is survived by: his wife Marsha "Raeann" Waxler Durbin; his sons, David Durbin (Amanda Ferrebee) of East Liverpool and Brian Durbin (Amy) of Center Township, PA.; his brothers, William Durbin (Tammy) of Hammondsville and Tom Durbin of Calcutta; his grandchildren, Ashley Durbin, Brooke Durbin, Danielle Durbin, Cheyanne Ferrebee and Izabella Waxler; and his nephew Waxler (Jennifer). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
