It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Frazier (Chester, West Virginia), who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Frazier and Esther "Bea" Crago Hummell; and her brothers, Cecil and William Frazier. She is survived by: her sister Lenora Beaumont of Chester; her sister-in-law Marilyn Frazier of North Carolina; and her brother David Frazier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
