He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pugh and Novel Smoot Pugh; and his brothers, Wayne and Frank Pugh. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Pugh (April Sayre) of Chester and Stanley Pugh of Newell; and his siblings, Charles Pugh Jr. of Tennessee and Linda Dawson of Wellsville. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
