He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gray (Buck) and Freda Bess Gray; and his siblings, Carmen Gray and Becky Young. He is survived by: his wife Mona Gray (Nelson); his daughters, Tammy Gwinn (Pete) and Jeannie Pennington (Jimmy); his grandsons, Jay Pennington (Vanessa), Jonathan Pennington and Charles Allen Tucker III; his great grandchild Landyn Pennington; his siblings, Bernice Herrald (Sis), Inez Martin and Clarence Gray; and his close friend John "Pete" Donahugh.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic social distancing and face coverings are required at the funeral home and at the cemetery.
