He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Opal and Booker Wilbur Dunlap; and his sister Rose Perry (Elmer). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Delores Dunlap; his children, Joseph Dunlap (Teresa) and Loretta Ramsey (George); his grandchildren, Dylan, Devin Dunlap, Jeremiah and Isiah Coleman; and his siblings, Wilber Dunlap, Junior Dunlap, Buford Dunlap (Phyllis), Delmar Dunlap (Sue), Christine Perry, Debbie Dunlap, Sandra Kay Dunlap and Kathy Keiffer (Robert).
