He is survived by: his wife Charloette Richard Barnett; his children, Estil Barnett Jr. (Marie) of Elkhart, Indiana and Sabrina Barnett of Elkhart, Indiana; and his siblings, Douglas Barnett of Montgomery and Dottie Messer of Pond Gap. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
