She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Sirbaugh and Nita Slonaker Sirbaugh; and her sister Shirley Smith. She is survived by: her husband Larry R. Shanholtz; her sons, Larry R. "Randy" Shanholtz, Jr. (Wanda) of Capon Bridge, WV, Jerry D. Shanholtz of Winchester, VA, Steven T. Shanholtz (Candy) of Winchester, VA and Bryan E. Shanholtz (Michele) of Capon Bridge, WV; and her brother Allen P. Sirbaugh (Kay) of Capon Bridge, WV.
