Hoover of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tomas W. Hoover and Theresa Margaret Speranzella Hoover; her close friend Harold Adams, Jr. of Capon Bridge, WV; her stepson Harold Adams, III of Capon Bridge, WV; and her sister-in-law Karen Adams.
