She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Ester McCarty Brown; her husband Kenneth Lee Lewis; her stepson Roger Lewis; her grandson James Minghini III; and her stepgranddaughter Leigh Ann Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lewis and Leah Walker; her grandchild Marcus Minghini; her stepgrandchildren, Hays Lewis, Jennifer Lewis, Alison Dow, Kirsten Thompson, Dawn Michelle Phillips (Shelly), Charles Walker, Jr. and Rebecca Bailey; and her daughter-in-law Mary Lewis.
