He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Miller of Philippi, Shane Miller (Pamela) of Belington and Tyler L. Miller (Kodi) of Rock Cave; his stepdaughters, Tara Hughes (Chris) of New Bern and Toni Kiser (Scott) of New Orleans, LA; his grandchildren, Madisson of Buckhannon, Corey of Buckhannon, Kaiden Miller of Buckhannon, Timothy "T. J." Miller of Florida, Beverly Miller of Belington, Miner, Landree Miller of Rock Cave, Addison and Avery Hughes of North Carolina; his great grandchild Jace Stokes; and his siblings, Jack Miller (Dreama) of Madison, WV, Martha McCourt of Webster Springs and Anna Marie Lehman of Webster Springs.
