He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Hartley-Jaeger. He is survived by: his children, Judy Hite (Richard) of Clarksburg and Dave Hartley (Grace) of Panama City, FL; and his caregivers, Elizabeth and Susie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
