With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Meadows of Buckhannon, West Virginia, born in Mason, West Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy "Roy" and Ivy Leota Denny Thomas; her husband Floyd Ditson Meadows; and her son Randy Ditson Meadows. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
