He was predeceased by: his father William Bradley Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Hewitt Smith of Buckhannon; his stepfather Michael Smith of Buckhannon; his sister Patricia Wilson of Tabor City, NC; his half-brothers, Billy Weaver and Robby Weaver of Hot Springs, VA; his close friend Roxanne Petrella of Fairmont, WV; and his stepsiblings, Christopher Smith of Las Vegas, NV and Kelli Johnston (Kris) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
