She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughart Jake and Zenna Fidler Ratliff; her husband Carl Lee Goodwin, Sr.; her siblings, Emma Jean Cross (Kate Ricottilli), Billy and Jimmie Ratliff; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Ratliff and Armand Ricottilli.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl Lee Goodwin, Jr. (Mary Johnston) of Buckhannon, Charles Neal Goodwin (Glen Kirk), Douglas A. Goodwin (Lou Ellen Gaston) of Morgantown, WV and Kevin M. Goodwin (Multiple Sclerosis) of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Christopher S. Goodwin (Chrysan Miller Buckhannon), Bradley L. Goodwin (Ivy Shaver) of Morgantown and Natasha E. Goodwin of Morgantown; her great grandchild Miles Goodwin of Buckhannon; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Dell Ratliff of Buckhannon, Marjorie Chewning (Arnold) of Buckhannon and Sherman Goodwin (Connie) of Stonewood, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
