He is survived by: his children, Shane Tomey of Buckhannon and Michelle Tomey (Seth Imhoff) of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Tomey of Buckhannon and Brantlee Tomey of Buckhannon; his great grandchildren, Jennifer Scott-Tomey of Buckhannon and Mike Brown of Buckhannon; his girlfriend Becky Knighten of Luverne, AL; his brother Steven W. Scott of Montgomery; his nieces and nephews, Skylar of Montgomery, Shyanne Scott of Montgomery, Raven Bosley-Streets of Buckhannon, Kelli Scott of Buckhannon, Connor Perrine of Buckhannon and Adam Ashbury of Buckhannon; and his close friends, Bradley Shipley of Buckhannon, Brandon Daff of Buckhannon, Missy of Buckhannon, Teddy Barnett of Buckhannon, Richard Finks of Montgomery and Jeff White of Greenbrier County.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
