He was predeceased by: his parents, William Skinner and Iila Skinner (Breedlove); and his siblings, Shonette and Terring Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Skinner (Swick); his children, Missy Koon (John) of Bridgeport and Brad Skinner (Tammy Lang) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Jessica Koon, McKenzie Koon, John Tyler Koon (Makenzi), Nick Skinner (Beth) and Sara Skinner; his great grandchildren, Ty Andrew Koon and Lyla Koon; his granddaughters, Rosa and Magnolia Skinner; his siblings, Theresa Bruner (Dave) of Elkins and John Skinner (Jean) of Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Toni Skinner (Randy Stockett) of Grafton and David Swick (Judy) of Good Hope.
