She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Osborn (Dawn) of Clarksburg, Mike Osborn (Robin) of Bridgeport and Jason Osborn (Nissa) of Washington, WV; her grandchildren, Ryan, Zachary, Joshua, Christopher, Nicole, Cayla, Isaac and Ian; her great grandchildren, Danielle, Alexis, Zachary, Emily and Addasyn; and her daughters, Kathy Monchamp and Mariann Hall.
