He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Kenneth Tallman and Mildred Thrash Tallman; and his siblings, Shirley Pat McClure and C. Thomas Tallman. He is survived by: his sons, Travis Weldon Tallman (Susan) and Jeffrey Kirk Tallman; his granddaughters, Shelby Cavazos (Dominic), Abygail Huninghake and Mia Tallman; and his siblings-in-law, Richard McClure and Carolyn Tallman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
