He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Andre, Sr. and Lola Gladys Franks Andre; and his sister Brenda "Boo" Andre. He is survived by: his uncle Sam; his wife Dottie Marsh Andre; his children, Robert J. Andre, III and Michelle Andre Krieger (Bill); his granddaughters, Mallary and Maggie of Glen Burnie, MD; his sister Linda L. Gabriel (Vic); his nephew Victor Alan; and his niece Dr. Jaclyn Gabriel of Bridgeport.

All his life Bob loved animals and the family requests, in lieu of ﬂowers, that a donation be made to the Harrison County Humane Society in his memory.
