He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Bartlett Jr. and Mae Joann Courtney Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Sue Conrad Bartlett; his sons, Joshua William Bartlett (Carol) and Zachary Ray Bartlett (Brianna); his grandsons, Barrett, Cooper, Silas and Jaxon; and his siblings, Sandra Jo Nuzum (David), Debra Kay Cunningham (Tom) and Gregory Allen Bartlett (Lisa) of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
