She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Leon Lazzelle Sr. and Edith Mae "Toye" Cordwell; and her brother Dale L. "Ricky" Lazzelle Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard M. "Dick" Duez; her daughter Sheri D. Hyatt (Tim) of Clarksburg, MD; her grandsons, Christopher and Alexander Hyatt; her son Matthew D. Duez (Michelle Brubaker Duez); her grandsons, Michael, Mark and Mitchell Duez of Bridgeport, WV; her sister Linda Lazzelle Boisjolie (Roland); her half-sister Traci Lazzelle Miller (Stephen); her cousin Nancy Povroznik; and her friends, Amy Kelley, Cheryl Maholic, Cindy Davis and Sandra Miller.
